ABOUT BULLY ADVOCATE & RESCUE COLLECTIVE
Established in 2012
BARC is a 501c(3) animal welfare organization that helps shine a spotlight on local Hampton Roads (VA) Pit Bull type dogs in hopes of helping them find loving forever homes.
We pull needy dogs from local shelters and foster them until they find the perfect homes. All BARC dogs have balanced temperaments and are adoptable throughout the greater Hampton Roads area of Virginia.

RESCUE
With our mission always in mind, we strive to help save as many shelter pets as we can in the Hampton Roads area.
REHABILITATION
We are dedicated to stepping up our Rehabilitation efforts, which is by no means an easy feat. Our goal is to take in shelter pets struggling in the shelter environment and place them into loving foster homes while they wait to find their families.
ADVOCACY
Our mission is to support the welfare of all animals in need, specifically Bully Breeds. With the support of our dedicated community and foster families, our Advocacy efforts go a long way.
